Bank of Cardiff is seeking successful, energetic and goal oriented National Sales Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have had at least three (3) years previous sales experience in the equipment leasing, working capital, and finance industry. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting the continued growth of our company through increased sales. You will be building relationships with existing clients through account management and database follow up. The ability to cultivate and initiate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions (and listen to the answers), work your book of business and manage a pipeline are keys to success.
