Cardiff is looking for an unparalleled, tremendously driven sales professional to join our growing remote sales group. The firm's management team strongly believes that given the company resources and cutting-edge marketing abilities, true sales leaders should close deals and not be burdened by hunting. STOP COLD CALLING!
You must be the top producing sales person, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Prospecting for new customers and vendors and navigating competitive verticals must be a daily activity that inspires you to beat the alarm clock each morning. You are a trained hunter, you take no prisoners and you fight to fund each deal. You are able to build and maintain relationships while navigating through a short sales process, but smart enough to nurture those relationships for the haul as well. You're a self-starter, motivated by uncapped success and can easily manage an ever-growing customer portfolio while interfacing with funding and credit support channels.

Come join our growing team! We are looking independent-minded sales professionals who are confident in their sales abilities and are driven to expand their customer book. Small/Medium-Ticket Equipment Leasing experience is required.
There are monthly sales contests, stretch goals, quarterly rewards, as well as an annual trip for the top producing 10% members of the sales team. Past trips include: Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We strongly believe that our OSP teams can work from home, but still be the highest-producing sales group of our firm. First year OSPs should earn approximately $125,000 through a combination of salary and commission. Experienced team members earn on average more than $225,000 per year!

Instead, we pledge our 55-seat call center, direct mail department, digital marketing department, and all other marketing resources to wrangle in real and qualified deals. You hold up your end of the bargain by closing the deals.
Roles of a Cardiff VP of Sales
- Provide an exceptional customer experience while aggressively guiding each file through the application process
- Exceed Monthly/Quarterly quotas
- Generates and develops new business
- Prepare and present viable finance solutions that may match or be inconsistent with client expectations, with confidence and fluidity, to a diverse customer base in a highly-competitive landscape
- Maintain and nurture existing customer/vendor base
- Manage the full sales cycle for our products and services
- Demonstrate proficiency in all product offerings, and can effectively communicate the benefits of these products to both vendors and end-user customers
Required Experience
Our sales professionals need to:
- Have 3+ years experience in small/medium-ticket equipment leasing
- Self-starter who proactively networks and nurtures their client base
- Be creative, flexible and willing to work with a diverse customer base
- Experience using T-Value or MS Excel to calculate multiple payment scenarios: payments or percent down, term and end-of-term buyouts
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Problem solve, while leveraging team members' support
- Experience with CRM
